Cancellation Policy

  • Day of scheduled visit before 7am: NO charge :)

  • Day of scheduled visit after 7am: FULL charge :(

Business Operations

HOURS – weekdays only (we are closed on weekends)

  • Weekdays: 10am - 6pm

  • Weekday Evenings: 6pm - 7pm

* HOLIDAYS – the following holidays incur a surcharge:

  • Veterans Day (observed)

** CLOSED FOR BUSINESS – we are closed on:

  • Martin Luther King (MLK) Day

  • President’s Day

  • Memorial Day

  • Juneteenth (observed)

  • 4th of July (Independence Day)

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day + day after (Black Friday)

  • Dec. 18th to (including) Jan 1st of next year: normal business operations commence on Jan. 2nd again or the first Monday thereafter if Jan. 2nd falls on a weekend (Fri/Sat/Sun).
